Opening Weekend Overview
Thank you to everyone who made our opening weekend a huge success. We had record 50/50 draws topping $630 ($1260 total) on Sunday. Large turn outs in most classes including the Mini Stock class with the largest car count of them all. A big thank you goes out to Ryan Ellis and Family for setting up the Mini Stock Challenge!!
We had some really clean racing by the drivers. Thank you to everyone who came out to support the track including those drivers who came from Taylor B.C. and Drumheller. We especially want to thank those folks who played a major role in getting the track ready for racing in the weeks and days prior to the weekend..
Registration Clarification
Members and Team drivers (Not Ladies
and Mechanics!)
There was a error in our team registration.
The cost to register a team is $100.00 for 2 drivers to drive 1 Single Race
vehicle. Each driver gets a membership and each driver must race one full race
day.
Should either of these drivers want to register another Race Vehicle in another
class on their own it is an additional $60.00.
Next season we will correct this error but for the 2008 season we will leave
things as described in the rule book presented at the last meeting.
