New Tech Committee in effect. They will be tech as per the rule book .

General Meeting has been reshedule for March 11, 2012 in Sangudo at the Resturant on Main Street.

All classes will be Inspected EVERY race weekend not only for safety but for the whole rule book. May long weekend everyone will be able to race even the rule breakers but the breakers will only collect half points.

But by the next race date if they are not they fixed you will NOT race that weekend.

Invitational weekend will not be for club points only collect 25 points per day for showing up and racing.

TRACK CLEAN-UP

Clean Up May 5 & 6

Projects to be done this year.

- Guard Rail needs fixed

-Finish the sound tower

-2 Bleachers need to be redone

-Chain link fence needs fixed around to track

-Sound to the pits need to be fixed

- Front gate booth needs to be reroofed

-Shelter behind bleachers needs TLC

Clean up is worth 25 season points per car per day

TRACK HISTORY

History

The track opened in 1990 and is located in the hamlet of Sangudo, Alberta. We are a Non-profit organization, run by sponsers and Volunteers. Track is open May- September and runs 6 weekends a year.

We are located approximately 1 hour from The City of Edmonton just off Hwy 43. We are a family oriented track and we have a lot to offer. The race track shares the Riverside Campground which is located in Sangudo right on the bank of the Pembina River. On the facilities we have camping with powered and non-powered sites and full facilities at a reasonable rate. There is a park, a skate park, baseball diamonds and trails to go for a nice walk.
